A job with Starfish can turn a passion into a dream career

We don’t work at Starfish, we have fun and get paid for it. There’s something special about knowing your hard work and talents are helping tens of thousands of creative projects come to life.

We are looking for trainable, passionate, and committed individuals to take part in the ever-expanding Digital Revolution. We are offering challenging, but rewarding positions for individuals interested in working in a non-corporate environment.

Why you should join us

We have a culture of constant innovation. We’re continuously improving ourselves in order to serve only the very best to our clients with our new ways of working, new ways of thinking, and new technologies that are just around the corner.

We work in informal and multidisciplinary teams. Our office is a hive of activity where you’re encouraged to get up your seat and talk to people – because that’s how great ideas are born.

We train to become experts with all around knowledge. We train our staff to become experts by giving them an all-around set of knowledge and skills needed in the continuously emerging business and digital technology.

We encourage creativity and productive thinking. We have a relaxed, but energetic atmosphere. Creativity is not just the job of the artist. Everyone needs to think, how we can solve this or how we can do this better.

We do things the right way. This means you learn to master the right techniques and know when to apply them, not the “factory-produced mass market” way.

Training and Mentorship
We nurture our staffs’ skills, for them to grow as individuals by involving them in the decision-making process for each and every project and getting them to communicate with other people.
Growth and Leadership
As the company continuously grows, you will grow too. For those who seek to further their career within the company, there are different positions with greater responsibility and leadership here.

At Starfish, we believe success has much to do with attitude and aptitude. We aim to equip you with knowledge, confidence, and skill to grow as a professional and skilled individual.

About You

Ideal candidates have the enthusiasm, drive, and commitment to make Starfish a global success. If you are applying for a technical or creative job, you must have a relevant degree.

For our project management positions, we are more open. You do not necessarily need to have a degree in management because we are looking for individuals with determination and right attitude.

The Application Process

Written Exam. There will be a written exam before proceeding to the initial interview and practical exam.
The written exam will measure your logical reasoning and vocabulary skills, and an exam related to the position you are applying for. The written exam should be finished in an hour or less.

Initial Interview. The initial interview will be an assessment of your personality and behavior. This will also measure your ability in communicating. We are not looking for someone who’s fluent in English, but someone who knows how to speak, and can understand the language.

Practical Exam/Computer Exam. We’re not looking for geniuses. We simply want to assess your skill level. It’s not about you passing the exam, but we need to see which skills we can develop and improve.

Boss level interview. This is the final interview for your career assessment. Don’t think about this stage as the most difficult level on your application. The boss will talk to you to know you better. They will also give an insight about your possible job description and roles. On this stage, the company will expect you to get yourself much more active and smart on sharing thoughts and ideas.
